You know what evidence actually survives an audit, which record is filled in after the fact, and how far a lot really spreads through your process. That knowledge is what makes an automated decision defensible.

Will an auditor accept a model making a decision?
They accept a documented decision with an evidence trail, which is what module 6 builds. What they do not accept is a black box nobody can explain after an incident.
Does this cover HACCP?
