Certified Industrial FDE · Food safety and traceability

You already know what an auditor will ask.

Traceability rules keep tightening — FSMA 204 in the United States, EUDR and the retailers own audits in Europe — and the answer everywhere has been more forms. Meanwhile the data needed to answer a recall in four hours already exists, scattered across systems that do not speak.

The scarce half you already have

You know what evidence actually survives an audit, which record is filled in after the fact, and how far a lot really spreads through your process. That knowledge is what makes an automated decision defensible.

What your project would be

A traceability or anomaly model whose output is logged in a form your own audit process accepts, including what it recorded and why, when it was wrong.

One programme, not fifteen

This is the same Certified Industrial FDE certification, argued from the problems of your department. Same cohort, same price, same assigned senior engineer, same public credential. What changes is the project you bring.

Questions from this area

Will an auditor accept a model making a decision?

They accept a documented decision with an evidence trail, which is what module 6 builds. What they do not accept is a black box nobody can explain after an incident.

Does this cover HACCP?

It does not replace your HACCP plan. It gives you a way to monitor a critical control point continuously instead of by sampling, and to prove what the monitor saw.

Three questions, then a decision.
