Is this an ERP project?
No. It sits beside the ERP and produces a number a planner can accept or override. Replacing planning systems is not what eight weeks buys, and pretending otherwise is how these projects die.
We only have two years of history. Enough?
Usually yes for a family-level model, rarely for SKU-level with promotions. Scoping that honestly is the first module, before anybody builds anything.
