Certified Industrial FDE · Quality
You already know which defect the panel misses.
Vision systems in food plants fail for reasons that have nothing to do with the algorithm: the product changes colour with the season, the lighting drifts, and the operator learns to bypass the reject gate when it cries wolf twice in a shift.

The scarce half you already have
You know the difference between a defect that a customer will reject and one that is cosmetic, and you know which of your SPC alarms are real. That judgement is the label set a model needs and cannot be bought.
What your project would be
A defect classifier or an SPC anomaly model validated against your own release criteria, with a defined behaviour for the case where it disagrees with the panel.
One programme, not fifteen
This is the same Certified Industrial FDE certification, argued from the problems of your department. Same cohort, same price, same assigned senior engineer, same public credential. What changes is the project you bring.
Questions from this area
Does this replace my quality panel?
No, and a project that tries to usually fails audit. The realistic target is triage: the model sorts what needs a human look, and the panel keeps the decision that carries the signature.
How many labelled images do I need?
Fewer than vendors imply, if the labels are good. Module 3 is precisely about the smallest model that beats current practice, and current practice in most plants is a sampling plan, not perfection.
Three questions, then a decision.
Applications for Cohort 01 close 9 October 2026.
