Certified Industrial FDE · Plant management

You already know which project will not survive contact.

You are asked to approve AI investments you cannot evaluate, presented by vendors whose references never quite match your process. Saying no is safe and slow; saying yes without a way to judge is how a plant collects pilots.

Cohort 01 Applications open 14 Sep
Start
Duration
8 WEEKS
Weekly load

Mentor ratio
1 : 4

Tuition €4,900

One programme, one price. Enrolment is arranged with a person after your application is reviewed.

The scarce half you already have

You know what your plant can absorb, which department will actually own a system after go-live, and what a shutdown really costs. That is the judgement that decides whether a model creates value or maintenance debt.

What your project would be

One deployment you personally sponsor and see through to production, which leaves you able to evaluate the next twenty proposals on evidence rather than on the deck.

One programme, not fifteen

This is the same Certified Industrial FDE certification, argued from the problems of your department. Same cohort, same price, same assigned senior engineer, same public credential. What changes is the project you bring.

Questions from this area

I will not be the one building the model.

Most plant managers in this position delegate the keyboard and keep the problem. The certification is awarded for a deployment you led, and leading it is the harder half.

Should I send someone from my team instead?

Often both, and that is what the private cohort is for. One person alone rarely changes how a plant buys AI.

Three questions, then a decision.
