You know which bearing lies, which alarm everyone silences, and how many hours of margin a stop really has. That context is what turns an anomaly score into a work order somebody actually executes.

Questions from this area
Do I need vibration sensors already installed?
No. Most projects in this area start with what the PLC and the CMMS already record. Adding instrumentation is a decision you take with evidence, once the model tells you where the blind spot is.
My CMMS data is a mess. Is that a blocker?
It is the norm, and module 2 is largely about it. Unlogged interventions, free-text failure causes and duplicated assets are the four ways maintenance data lies, and working around them is part of the skill.
