Purpose of this site
This site describes the Certified Industrial FDE programme, receives applications to it, and publishes the registry of credentials issued. It does not host user accounts and takes no payments: this site has no checkout. Where a cohort fee applies, enrolment and invoicing are arranged directly with the participant after their application has been approved.
Terms of use
Using this site means accepting these terms. The content is provided for information purposes and may change without notice; prices, dates and cohort details are valid for the cohort stated on each page and at the moment stated on it.
Submitting an application does not create any obligation for either party. Admission is discretionary and is communicated in writing. No payment is requested or charged before an application has been approved.
Prices and VAT
Prices shown on this site are in euros. VAT is applied according to the buyer’s country and status: EU consumers are charged the VAT rate of their country of residence, EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism, and buyers outside the EU are invoiced without Spanish VAT. The applicable amount is shown before payment.
The credential and its registry
Credentials published at /verify/ are issued by Industrial AI Academy and signed by the certifying authority named on each record. They do not expire and are not accredited by, nor equivalent to, any official academic qualification. A credential may be revoked; a revoked credential keeps its public page and is marked as revoked, with the date.
Publishing a holder's name in the registry requires that holder's explicit consent, given at admission, and that consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to the contact address above.
Intellectual property
The curriculum, course materials, texts, the brand and the graphic identity of this site belong to the owner named above. Materials delivered during a cohort are licensed to the participant for their own professional use and may not be redistributed, resold or used to deliver training to third parties.
Work brought by a participant — their plant data, their process and the model they build — remains theirs.
Liability
The programme results in a model deployed by the participant on their own production line, under their own organisation's authority and safety procedures. Industrial AI Academy provides training and technical guidance; the decision to deploy, and responsibility for the operation of any system in a production environment, belongs to the participant and their organisation.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Castellón de la Plana, Spain, unless applicable consumer law establishes a different jurisdiction.
